Accessibility statement
GambTec, owned by Toni Gambino, wants everyone to be able to use gambtec.de – including with a screen reader, keyboard only or zoomed in. This statement covers the website gambtec.de in German and English.
Last reviewed: 29 October 2026
Standard and compliance status
We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549. The website is largely compliant; the known exceptions are listed below. The assessment is based on our own review on 29 October 2026: automated tests (Lighthouse/axe) on every page type in mobile and desktop view, plus keyboard testing.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated with the keyboard alone; the focused element has a clear orange outline.
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of each page jumps straight to the main content.
- Text and controls have sufficient colour contrast in both dark and light mode.
- Headings, page regions, form fields and buttons are marked up for screen readers; the language of each page is declared.
- If “reduce motion” is set in your system, animations are switched off.
Known limitations
- Machine photos: photos and descriptions in our machine inventory come from our eBay listings or from sellers. Their text alternative is the machine name only, not a description of the image. The technical details are always available as text on the page.
- Third-party services: the WhatsApp button and links to eBay lead to other providers whose accessibility we cannot control.
- English version: some pages (marketplace, “offer a machine”) are available in German only.
