Selling through GambTec
Does GambTec buy my machine?
As a rule we broker: we list your machine in our marketplace on gambtec.de and offer it to our buyer network — the machine stays with you until it is sold. We only buy directly in selected cases, for example when a matching request from our network exists.
How does brokerage work?
Send photos and key data (contact form or email to anfrage@gambtec.de) → we write the listing → you review and approve it → we publish it and handle the enquiries. Enquiry, purchase and invoice run through us; the buyer organises collection and transport.
Does brokerage cost anything?
For you as the seller, brokerage is free of charge. If a sale is made, you receive the payout amount agreed with you.
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The assessment based on photos is free and without obligation.
How quickly do you respond?
Usually within 1–2 business days. It is fastest with photos (including the rating plate), year of manufacture, location and your price expectation.
Will I receive a statement?
Yes. You receive a proper statement for your accounting.
Machinery & industrial liquidation
Which machines do you broker?
Machine tools (turning, milling, grinding, sawing, pressing), medical and laboratory equipment, measurement and test technology, IT and server hardware, workshop equipment, forklifts and warehouse technology, packaging and production lines, as well as complete business inventories. Purchases only selectively.
Do you handle dismantling and clearance?
Not with brokerage: the buyer organises collection and transport, and buyer and seller agree on dismantling between themselves. When we buy ourselves (selected items, Berlin area), we collect by arrangement.
What happens with defective machines?
Defective machines can often still be brokered, for example as spare-part units. Send us photos and a short description of the defect.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Through our eBay stores and an international buyer network we sell machinery to Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

How does insolvency liquidation work at GambTec?
We work directly with insolvency administrators, attorneys and courts. Fast assessment, transparent listing, marketing through our buyer network and, on request, interim invoicing for the insolvency estate.
Do you also handle securings for landlords, authorities or banks?
Yes. In cases of rental arrears, eviction or seized assets we support securing, valuation and liquidation — with clear documentation.
Are you only active in Berlin?
Our headquarters are in Berlin. We broker across Germany and internationally — the machine stays with you on site.
Do you have a retail store I can visit?
We do not operate an open retail store. Visits to our address Meldenweg 18, 12357 Berlin are possible by prior arrangement via email.
