2. General information on data processing
We generally process the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for providing a functional website and our content and services. This processing is based on one of the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR:

3.1 Server log files
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing device (so-called server log files). 3.2 Making contact
When you contact us via email or contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message content) will be stored to process your request. This data will not be shared with third parties. The data will be deleted as soon as your request has been fully processed and there are no legal obligations to retain it.

5. Google Analytics (Google LLC)
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google”). Google Analytics is only activated after your explicit consent (cookie consent).
We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization (IP masking) enabled, so your IP address is shortened before being transmitted to the USA. Google processes this data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).
6. Google Marketing Services (Google Ads, DoubleClick)
We use Google marketing services (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, DoubleClick) from Google LLC. These services are only activated with your consent and are used for targeted advertising (remarketing). Data is processed pseudonymously in cookie-based user profiles.
7. Meta Pixel and Meta Social Plugins (formerly Facebook)
Our website may integrate the Meta Pixel and social plugins from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland („Meta”). This only occurs with your explicit consent (cookie consent).
The Meta Pixel allows Meta to track visitors to our website as a target audience for Meta ads. Data is processed pseudonymously. A connection to your Meta profile is possible if you are logged in.
8th Newsletter
Our newsletter is sent based on your explicit consent (double opt-in procedure) in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. We use an external mailing service provider for sending the newsletter, with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Registration data (email address, time of registration and confirmation, IP address) is logged to document consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by contacting us directly.
9. Embedded third-party services
We can integrate the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts (Google LLC) – Font display; server request to Google when page is accessed. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Maps (Google LLC) – Map service; data transfer to Google when using.
- YouTube (Google LLC) – Embedded videos; data is transferred to Google when playing the video.

12. Storage period and data deletion
Personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies. Data will only be stored beyond this point if required by European or national legislation (e.g., tax retention periods according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Fiscal Code (AO): up to 10 years).

Our website includes a WhatsApp button that allows you to contact us directly via the WhatsApp messaging service. Clicking this button will redirect you to the WhatsApp application.
